The feature issue is intended to provide an overview of developments which are likely to shape the field of Multi-Criteria Decision Making during the coming years. Therefore, we invite the submission of papers that indicate a new direction in MCDM research, either by applying new methods or applying MCDM to a new class of problems in an innovative way or new possibilities in solving existing problems. Topics could include (but are not limited to) the following areas:
We specifically invite authors of papers presented at the MCDM Winter Conference in Semmering, Austria, to submit their work for this Feature Issue. However, the Feature Issue is not limited to this event, we seek all papers that present new research contributions to the methodology of MCDM.
The submitted papers should be written in English and they should follow the EJOR guidelines. Submission to the Feature Issue implies that the paper is not submitted to any other journal at the same time. All papers will be reviewed according to the EJOR standards. We encourage all authors to take advantage of the electronic submission in the form of a Word or PDF file. Otherwise, please submit four copies of the paper.
